No LTE After iOS 10 Upgrade on iPhone 6

I updated my 5S to iOS 10 on the first day of release with no problems. Everything worked fine. I used it for a few days with zero issues, so I decided to upgrade my wife's iPhone 6. After the upgrade, it would not get a data connection until I turned on data roaming in Settings, and even when it was on, the most it would register was 3G (no LTE). In the same location my 5S will get LTE and her phone will not.

I have reset Settings, I have reset Network Settings, I erased all content and settings and restored from an iCloud backup from a couple of days ago, and it has made no difference. I called the carrier (US Cellular) who asked me to remove and reinstall the SIM which again made no difference. We are getting the SIM replaced soon in case it is corrupt, but seems very coincidental that it was working fine on iOS 9, but one day later on iOS 10 it would fail. Possible, but probably unlikely. There are no Carrier Setting updates.

All of which means I have done everything on this support doc: If you can't connect to a cellular network or cellular data - Apple Support so are there any other suggestions anyone might have? Anyone else seen this? I saw that there was something with T-mobile iPhones, but that is now fixed: https://www.engadget.com/2016/09/15/t-mobile-tells-iphone-owners-not-to-install- ios-10-just-yet/

I would welcome any suggestions because US Cellular are out of ideas....

I have a similar issue. Upgraded my iPhone 6 (at&t) on 10/5/16, moving from IOS 9.3.5 to IOS 10.0.2.

Ever since then my cellular network will not connect. Or, it will connect after a complete reset and then fail to connect after about an hour. This wasn't just LTE, but an entire disconnection from the cellular network. It doesn't matter where I am - it's not a location issue. I've been to the Apple Store and to at&t with no help. Apple claims it's a coincidental hardware issue. at&t claims it's an Apple issue. I don't believe that this is a coincidence or a hardware failure. Resetting, restoring backups, carrier updates, nothing helps.
Interesting that Apple release an update to IOS (10.0.3) that only applies to iPhone 7, but has to do with cellular network connectivity issues. I'm going to visit the Apple Store again for lack of anything better to do.
